About Us

iValley Ghana is a technology and innovation hub based in Damongo, serving the Savannah Region and northern Ghana. Founded in 2019, iValley exists to tackle youth unemployment, business failure, and digital exclusion by equipping young people, women, and entrepreneurs with practical skills, enterprise support, and access to opportunity.

We work at the intersection of digital skills development, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building, ensuring that talent in underserved communities can participate meaningfully in Ghana’s growing digital and innovation economy.

Why We Exist

  • Northern Ghana faces a unique set of development challenges. Formal employment opportunities are limited, many young people rely on informal work or small businesses for survival, and access to digital skills, capital, and business support remains uneven, particularly for women and rural communities.

  • At the same time, the region has immense untapped potential in agribusiness, tourism, digital services, and green innovation.
